Athena Entertainment is a bespoke entertainment agency and consultancy, helping you choose and organise the best quality entertainment for all types of events. Our acts are exclusive to us, enabling us to guarantee the highest calibre of performance at all times. We are also passionate in delivering attentive customer service, believing that the whole process should be as easy as possible for you.

We are focussed on delivering the highest quality entertainment for your event, however grand or intimate it may be, with as little effort from you as possible. From the moment you first enquire, our friendly staff will be on hand to help and guide you, relieving all the stress that is so often associated with hiring entertainment. We are extremely demanding in the quality which we expect from all our acts, so you have absolute confidence from start to finish. We take care of all the legalities, arrange all the logistics, and liase with you (or your production company) every step of the way.

A sound limiter can be frustrating, but doesn’t have to be a deal breaker. Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to see what adjustments can be made to facilitate the act around the sound limiter. Anything below 95Db is challenging for a party band to work with, but with some instrument substitutions we can make things work.

Generally, we will ask for your favourite songs/genres, and the act will organise a set list around this, staying as true to your preferences as possible. If there’s anything in the act’s sample repertoire that you love, we can always include it. If you wish to have an entirely bespoke setlist, we are very happy to discuss this with you.

It varies depending on the act, but we will happily discuss this with you.

We endeavour to use the same musicians who feature in the promotional material where possible, however if they are unavailable or unwell we have a huge pool of extremely high quality musicians who are able to replace them at very short notice if necessary. The quality of your event will never be compromised.

The act will supply all required equipment to perform, unless you specify that it will already be at the event, in which case we can happily provide a quote without it.

Yes - no problem!

Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance and all our acts have all electrical equipment PAT tested annually as standard. Certificates are available upon request.

Get in touch - email, WhatsApp or call and we’ll get things started. The booking is secured with a booking fee payable via Debit/Credit card online or bank transfer. We will then issue a contract between yourselves and the act.

No. We strongly believe that musicians must be paid fairly for their work, and this is how we can promise the highest quality of performance, every time. We believe you get what you pay for.

We use a legally binding contract between yourselves and the act. 

The booking fees do vary between acts, so the exact fee will be clearly laid out upon booking. The booking fee is included in our quote, so it is not an additional cost.

Payment of the booking fee is due within 7 days of a contract being issued, and is payable securely online using Debit /Credit Card or bank transfer. We will send you an invoice which gives you full instructions on how to pay the booking fee when you decide to go ahead. 

The remaining balance is payable directly to the act a minimum of 7 days before the event. Full details will be available on your final invoice.
